These terms apply to purchases and workshop bookings made through the Harrow Pottery website. Final business and contact details should be inserted here before publication.

Product descriptions and photographs aim to represent each piece faithfully. Measurements are approximate, and screens may display glaze colours differently.

Every piece is made by hand. Small variations in form, weight, surface, glaze and colour are expected and form part of the character of handmade pottery rather than a fault.

One-off pieces are individual works. Once sold, the exact piece will not return. Where a listing shows the individual object, that is the object intended for the order.

Availability may change while an order is being placed. If an item cannot be supplied after an order is received, the studio will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or additional costs should be clearly presented before an order is confirmed. Final pricing wording should be checked before launch.

An order is submitted when checkout is completed. The point at which a binding agreement is formed should be confirmed in the final trading terms and stated here before publication.

Payment will be handled through the secure method shown at checkout. The final payment provider, accepted methods and timing of charges should be added here when confirmed.

If a piece arrives damaged, contact the studio promptly with the order details and clear photographs of the piece and packaging. The final reporting window and resolution process should be inserted here.

The applicable returns and cancellation rights, exclusions and process should be confirmed before publication. Bespoke or personalised pieces may be treated differently where the law allows.

Workshop listings describe the planned session, duration and available places. Participants should follow reasonable studio guidance and tell the studio in advance about relevant access needs.

The studio's confirmed notice periods, transfer options and cancellation terms should be inserted here before bookings open on the live website.

Clay and firing involve natural variation and occasional loss. The final policy for glazing, collection or delivery of workshop pieces, and what happens if a piece does not survive firing, should be stated here.
